Led by a collaborative team, ICM brings together 50+ years of industry expertise, streamlined processes and organization, and a client-focused approach. Our admin and field staff work cohesively together to execute on the client’s vision and prioritize the goal of a seamless execution. Together with our dedicated project teams, we navigate the complexities of construction and show a commitment to excellence, transforming blueprints into quality builds.

Owner
Jeffrey De Laurell
Jeffrey DeLaurell is the Founder and driving force behind Interscope Construction Management. Built on a foundation of integrity, precision, and lifelong building experience, Jeff established ICM with a clear mission: to build confidence, one project at a time, by transforming complex concepts into seamlessly executed realities.
At the heart of Jeff’s professional philosophy is a commitment to relationship-driven construction. Rather than just managing builds, he focuses on fostering transparent communication and collaborative partnerships between client stakeholders, trades, and field teams. Under his leadership, ICM consistently delivers high-quality projects while building lasting value and trust with every client.

Sergio Arias
As VP of our general contracting team, Sergio enjoys working with people—whether that’s collaborating with our crew or partnering with clients and other teams. He is always open to new ideas and loves finding creative, outside-the-box solutions to challenges.
Sergio brings experience in architectural planning and design, MEP consulting, system implementation, and construction management, which helps him see projects from all angles and keep things moving smoothly.
When he is not working, he likes to kick back with a good movie or get outside for a long cycling ride or endurance run.
Executive Admin/Estimator
Alysha Dickson
Alysha works in both the estimating and the administrative portions of ICM. She also dabbles into project coordination occasionally, which is where she started her career with ICM. She enjoys building relationships with ICM’s subcontractors and clients, while getting to support the background of the building process. Her favorite part of construction is seeing the projects transform from the budgetary stage to completion!
She has a husband and two kiddos who she adores, so much so that her kids constantly “go to work” with her. Her favorite thing to do outside of work is spend time with her family - they enjoy biking and exploring the outdoors (especially her two little ones!). She also is known at ICM to be on the “crunchy side” with her side passion in holistic health.
Billing/Estimator
Beth Vanderbeck
Beth leads the billing department at Interscope Construction Management. She enjoys diving into the details—building detailed estimates for clients and keeping billing processes smooth and organized. Beth takes pride in helping projects run clearly and efficiently on the financial side.
Outside of work, you can usually find her with a good cup of coffee, spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, cooking, or enjoying the outdoors.
